中文摘要 | 数字学习资源需求泛指在学习过程中使用者愿意并且能够获得的数字学习资源的总和。数字学习资源需求是推动教育信息化变革的内在动力,对信息技术与教育教学过程深度融合具有决定性的导向作用。该研究采用大数据调查的方式,对北京市全部区县的小学三年级、小学五年级、初中二年级、高中二年级7万多名中小学生进行数字学习资源需求问卷调查。调查结果发现,北京市中小学学生最需要的数字学习资源正在从传统资源向新型辅导类资源转变,呈现出个性化趋势;在年级分布上呈现出不规则的“M”型,但在资源需求和使用的丰富程度方面呈现一定差异。文章呼吁加强资源需求的“精确定位”和资源供给的“按需推送”,推动教育资源要素配置方式的转变,切实对缓解北京“学位”紧张和“择校”热潮做出积极反应。 |
英文摘要 | e-Leaming Resources demand refers to the sum of type and amount that the users are willing and able to obtain learning resources. e-Learning Resources demand is the inherent motivation for change of ICT in education and has the function of guide for ICT integration of education. Based on Big data, this study surveys over 70,000 students who are from grade 1, grade 5, grade 8 and grade 11 in all districts of Beijing. The study reports that the demand is changing from traditional resources to new counseling resources for most students and the grade distribution is showing irregular “M” type. The author calls for strengthening the resources demand of “diagnosis “ and resources supply “on-demand” is to promote the transformation of educational resources allocation and respond positively to ease school choice issue. |
