中文摘要 | 随着课程改革的深入和《教育规划纲要》的颁布,教师教学能力培养和训练引起更多方面的重视。文章通过厘清教师教学能力培养中遇到的教育理念学习、课程价值定位、教学技能训练等理论和实践问题,总结和提出内化纲要精神、服务基础教育、完善课程体系、强化能力培养、拓展实践方式等教师教学能力培养的策略和途径,深入开展微格教学技能训练与评价,加强师范生和在职教师教学能力的培养,促使其满足并适应新时期教育改革发展下课程教学的需要。 |
英文摘要 | As the deepening of curriculum reform and the promulgation of National Education Development Plan, the cultivation and enhancement of teacher’s competence has been all the more emphasized. By analyzing theoretical and practical issues encountered in the competence cultivation process, such as the acquisition of education principles, the assessment of curriculum values and the training of teaching skills, this thesis aims at exploring the strategies and methods of teachers’ competence cultivation, such as the training and assessment of microteaching skills, the internalization of Development Plans, the service for basic education, the perfection of curriculum systems, the highlight of competence cultivation and the broadening of practice methods. And by implementing such methods and strategies, normal students’ and teachers’ teaching competence can be promoted. At the same time, the aim of accommodating to the curriculum reform can be fulfilled. |
