英文摘要 | This paper analyzes the British ICT strategies named Harnessing Technology: Next Generation Learning (2008-2014) and American ICT strategies named Transforming American Education: Learning Powered by Technology in detail, and draws a conclusion about the enlightenment of ICT strategies of British and American. Chinese educational informationization should regard promoting the modernization of education as the goal, and strengthen ICT in education strategic research. Then it should adhere to people-oriented and education demand-oriented, and carry out the top-level design of educational informationization. And taking the quality of education as the starting point, it should promote the whole education system to change. And taking means of educational informationization, it should optimize the preparation of educational resources and make education benefit all so as to promote equity in education. To enhance application effectiveness of educational informationiztion, so that it can promote educational informationiztion for sustainable development. |
