主要英语留学生接收国硕士学位学制标准比较研究

An International Comparison of Profiles of MasterJ s Degrees in the US%2C UK%2C Australia and Canada

本研究采用目的抽样，以网络调查为主要研究方法，对主要留学生接收国(美国、英国、澳大利亚与 加拿大).接收留学生最多的24所高校的325个硕士学位项目在入学条件、修业年限、课程安排以及学位要求方 面的基本特点进行了调查。在此基础上，对四国被调查各校硕士学位学制进行了比较分析，总结了其在硕士学 位学制方面的一般趋势，进而提出了优化我国硕士阶段学制标准、提升我国高等教育国际竞争力的建议。

Surveying the profiles of 325 master’s degree programs，this study presents the characteristics of master’s degree programs in the US，UK， Australia， and Canada in terms of admissions， duration of study，curriculum requirements，degree requirements，etc. Recommendations for revising China’s master’s degree programs are made at the end of this article.
