桎梏于简单性思维的教学范式，因其内在的偏执导致了教学实践面临着还原性、线性、可逆性以及被组织等诸多简单性症结及其危机。基于复杂科学的视阈，从本体论、认识论两个范畴重新审视教学系统，教学的复杂性体现为教学的关系性、非线性、不可逆性、自组织性等。实现教学的复杂性，应基于复杂性教学的范式重建，其内涵包括确立“减法式”的教学思维、构建“研究性旨趣”的教学方法以及秉持“创生性取向”的教学知识观。
