大学生创造性发展研究-基于对北京化工大学学生的调查分析

Study on College StudentsJ Creativity Development ： Based on Survey and Analysis of Students from Beijing University of Chemical Technology

我国髙校担负着培养创造性人才的重任，大学生的创造性发展水平对国家发展与社会进步具有极其重要的意义。本研究采用“威廉姆斯创造性量表”和“典型行为的创造性思维能力测验”对北京化工大学478名学生进行了创造性发展测试，结果显示学习成绩排名与大学生的创造性发展有一定的相关性，学优生在创造性思维方面优势显著高于其它学生。不同年级、性别、专业、生源地的学生平均创造力水平不同，这些因素对创造性总体影响并不显著，但在创造力倾向和创造性思维一些子维度上呈现出较显著的差异。
