大学战略地图的发展:一项比较研究

An Exploratory Study of Strategy Map in University Management

战略地图是一种有效的战略表达、沟通、管理、实施和评估战略规划的手段，目前已经从商业领域引人高等教育领域。本文对战略地图的概念及其在高等教育领域的发展历程进行了介绍。在此基础上，本文还试图通过聚类方法建构一个战略地图规划的理想模板，并以清华大学为实例，将其战略规划转变为战略地图，为以后大学将自己的战略规划转变为战略地图提供范式和借鉴。

A strategy map is an innovative tool that has been borrowed from the business sector and applied in higher education institutions (HEIs) to enhance organizational management This study explores the development of strategy maps in universities as transformational management tools，and makes an in-depth analysis of strategy maps of 15 universities from a comparative perspective，in terms of content and style. The comparative study produces a generic model of? university? strategy map and Tsinghua University is then used as a case study to illustrate how to support university strategic planning with the strategy map
