On Ubiquitous Ecological Learning and Teacher's Role Based on Two-way Integration

教育部《教育信息化十年发展规划》描绘了未来十年的教育信息化蓝图，要求信息技术与教育双向融合建设我国教育信息化体系，以实现教育现代化。在这一理念的推动下，迅猛发展的信息技术和日益普及的泛在学习(Ubiquitous Learning)思想正悄然催生，随时随地以个性化为主要特征的英语泛在生态学习理念使教师的传授职能和传统课堂的教学方式受到挑战，英语教学改革势在必行。基于这样的认识，本文对英语泛在生态学习和英语教师角色转化，展开概念认识和途径可能性的初步思考与探讨。

A program describes a blue print of education informalization by the Ministry of Education in the future ten years. The two-way integration of technique and education can construct an educational informalization system and realize educational modernization. In this concept, information technology and Ubiquitous Learning thought are impacting teachers' statutes. The imparting functions of teachers and traditional classroom teaching mode is challenged, the English teaching should be reformed .Based on this understanding, this paper aims to explore English ubiquitous ecological learning and transformation of teacher's role.
