The development of cloud computing provides a new method for the construction of educational information platform for public service. This paper discusses the advantages of constructing educational information platform by use of cloud computing technology, and studies the model of cloud architecture, then puts forward with infrastructure construction in three aspects: cloud, channel and terminal. Furthermore, it makes an intensive exploration into the function and structure modules of educational information platform.
