英文摘要 | This thesis firstly investigated the characteristics of learning ability of network administrators in schools and the shortcomings of existing specialized skills training mode. Then, this thesis leads video training case into the specialized skills training of network administrators in schools which based on constructivism and case system. A new training mode of specialized skills which base on video case has been prompted. This mode provided video case by a web training platform with truly scene and visualization solution, which help network administrators of schools grasp specialized skills faster. This training mode is good for mining the practice knowledge of network administrators of schools, and will provide more effective collaborative learning and reflection on the opportunity. |
