"Kairov's Visit to China" :History,Education Issues and Influences

20世纪50年代,苏联著名教育家凯洛夫曾率团访问我国,期间他到各地参观、访问、讲演,与我国教育工作者一起探讨教育问题。他的谈话、演讲、撰写的文章涉及当时中苏两国教育界共同关心的话题。比如,改进和提高教育质量,怎样认识全面发展和个性发展,如何认识儿童教育和课堂教学,怎样看待教师的职业,等等。凯洛夫对这些问题的介绍和阐释,在展示苏联教育发展新进展的同时,也阐述了他本人的教育思想。他的访问与其主编的《教育学》一起,影响了我国教育界,影响了我国教育理论和实践的后续发展。

In 1950s,as a famous educationist in Soviet Union,Kairov visited China.During the period,Kairov visited many places,gave lectures and discussed educational issues with Chinese educators.His talk,lectures and articles referred to some topics concerned by educators of both courtiers,such as how to improve the quality of education,how to understand all-round development and personality development, how to understand children's education and classroom instruction,and how to view teachers'profession. Kairov's introduction and interpretation of these issues presented the new research achievements of Soviet Union as well as his own educational thoughts.His visit and edited book Pedagogy had great influence in the field of education of China and on the development of Chinese educational theories and practices.
