世界学前教育排名比较研究及启示

Illumination from the Research on Ranking Preschools across 45 Countries

2012 年，来自经济学家智囊团的《良好开端》报告从社会背景、可获得性、付得起、幼儿园教育质量等四项指标入手，对包含中国在内的45 个国家和地区的学前教育发展水平进行了排名比较研究。结果显示，我国学前教育在总分及各项指标上的排名均位于后列。国际学前教育排名比较研究所采用的指标及结果，对我国学前教育政策的制定和实施具有一定的启示作用。

The 2012 report "Start well"uses four indexes （including：Social context，Availability，Affordability and Quality）to rank preschool education in 45 countries. The results show that the levels of China on total scores and each index are located at the bottom. The report will inspire preschool education policy formulation and implementation in China.
