高中教育的复杂性决定了高中办学的艰难性，但现在高中办学简单化倾向严重，出现了高中校长任用官本位化、办学模式单一化、评价标准分数化、发展求大化等突出问题。只有高度正视高中教育的复杂性，真正让懂高中教育的人根据高中教育的规律办高中，才能促进高中教育的健康发展。

The complexity of senior high school education determines the difficulty to run a senior high school. However, the current simplification of the school running results in a series of problems: the official-orientation of the nomination of principals, the simplification of the running pattern, the overemphasis on scores as evaluation criterion, and the overemphasis on quantity. Only when the complexity of senior high school education are given significant attention to and the educators who know senior high school education well run schools according to the laws, could the sound development of senior high school education be achieved.
