破鏡重圓-親子遊戲治療於家庭重聚之介入成效與其改變機轉之分析

Reunion And Reconciliation: The Study of Intervention Effect and Change Mechanism with Filial Therapy in Family Reunification

本研究乃透過親子遊戲治療訓練方案，訓練親方成為治療代理人，修復親子間的關係，改善親子互動。此外針對親子遊戲治療運用於家庭重聚方案，藉由統計分析了解其所呈現的改變機轉為何。研究方法乃透過單一受試研究法倒返設計（A-B-A），以視覺分析及統計分析作為資料分析方式。受試樣本為三戶家庭，兩男一女，平均年齡41歲，分別經過10週親子遊戲治療訓練方案，並依序進行18週的觀察紀錄。研究結果發現經過親子遊戲治療方案的實施後，所有受試對象的親子遊戲治療技巧呈顯著上升趨勢，效果量皆屬大效果，亦即介入的處理對於增進其親子遊戲治療技巧其關連性強，亦即有立即效果。此外針對其依附關係修復程度，研究發現所有受試對象的親子互動關係呈顯著上升趨勢，效果量皆屬大效果，亦即介入的處理對於增進其親子互動關係其關連性強，亦即有立即效果，即便是維持期仍然可以促進親子關係。此外研究也發現追蹤行為、反映情感、反應內容、建立自尊、擴展意義、幫助流暢性及創造性、傳遞了解、設定限制、反應精簡、反應頻率、微傾向前、表現出有興趣，對於依附關係具有顯著的解釋力。

The purpose of this study was to recover parent-child relation and improving parentchild interaction by providing the parents the opportunity to be therapeutic agents with children.Furthermore， provided the statistical analysis to test the change mechanism of applying filial play therapy to family-reunion. Single subject research design (A-B-A) was used in this study; the data was analyzed in the method of visual analysis and statistical analysis. There were three families involved in this study， two male and one female. The average age was 41. Each family took the fi lial play therapy program for ten weeks， and their interaction would be observed and recorded foreighteen weeks. As the result of the study reveals， the data of filial therapy from all subjects had significant rising tendency， which was categorized as large effect size. In other words， the intervention had strong relation with the skills of filial therapy， and the immediate effect is provided. In addition， for the recovery degree of parent-child relationship， the study showed that the relation between parents and children had signifi cant rising tendency， categorized as large effect size， which means the intervention had strong relation with the parent-child interaction， and the immediate effect was provided. The result of the study found that several items below had significant correlation atio for attachment relationship: tracking， refl ect of feelings， respond contents， self-esteem building， expand meaning， facilitate free and creating， convey understanding， limit setting， respond short， respond frequency， body position， express interesting.
