中文摘要 | 本研究目的為探討大學生困擾揭露、非社會支持反應與憂鬱之關係,並探討憂鬱的重要預測因\r子。研究對象為南區11 所大學院校之1,540 位大學生。研究工具為結構式問卷,包括自編之「困擾揭露量表」、「非社會支持量表」、「社會支持量表」及「貝氏憂鬱量表第二版」。研究資料使用SPSS12.0,進行積差相關分析及逐步迴歸分析。研究結果如下:大學生的「揭露情緒」、「揭露對象」及「揭露意圖」,皆與憂鬱達顯著負相關;大學生的「保持距離」、「責備」及「無效的」非社會支持反應,皆與憂鬱達顯著正相關。預測「憂鬱」的重要預測因子為「無效的」、「揭露對象」、「責備」、「揭露意圖」及「揭露意圖與非社會支持反應之交互作用」等,可達18.9%的解釋量。本研究並根據以上研究結果提出建議,期待對大學情緒困擾的防治工作有所助益。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the relationships among distress disclosure, non-supportive social responses and depression, and predictors for depression in college students. The subjects were 1540 college students from 11 universities in southern Taiwan. The instruments used werestructured questionnaires, including self-report for distress disclosure, non-supportive social responses and social support, and Beck Depression Inventory II. Using SPSS12.0, the product-moment correlation and stepwise regression of the data were analyzed. The results are as follows: Disclosing emotion, disclosing subjects and disclosing intent showed significant negative correlations to depression in college students. Non-supportive social responses such as keeping distance, blaming and invalid responses showed significant positive correlations to depression incollege students. Invalid responses, disclosing subjects, blaming, disclosing intents, and the interaction between disclosing intent and non-supportive social responses are important predictors of depression, with up to 18.9% interpretative value. Based on these findings, suggestionsfor the prevention of emotional distress in colleges are made. |
