海关的教育培训与各高校的教育培训相比，既存在着共性又具有特殊性。探寻一种新型课件录制系统，它既能满足各高校的课件录制工作的共性，同时又能适应海关教育培训课件录制工作的特殊性。该系统由别于传统演播室录制模式，具有自动化特点、后台化特点、网络化特点、高智能化特点、操作简便化特点以及对授课教师的无要求化即不改变授课教师原有的授课习惯特点的新型课件录制系统。

Compared with the education and training in many universities， we have seen both similarities and particularities in the same area in Customs. As a result， to explore a new courseware recording system， which is required to break through the traditional mode of studio recording and promote some fresh characteristics like automation， background-support， networking， intelligence and user-friendliness， will not only satisfy the similarities but also adapt to its own particularities in the area of customs education and training.
