中等職業教育非貨幣收益實證研究

A Study on the non-monetary benefits of Secondary Vocational Education

教育不僅有貨幣收益，而且有巨大的非貨幣收益。我國學者對中等職業教育的貨幣收益研究相對較多，對非貨幣收益方面的研究基本沒有，這樣必然造成對中等職業教育收益估算的偏差。本文對湖南省6所中等職業學校和6所普通高中1993屆畢業生進行了樣本追蹤分析，發現中等職業教育就業者的非貨幣收益高于普通高中就業者。

Education can achieve not only economic benefits but also enormous non-economic benefits. The situation that researchers in China gain huge discoveries on economic benefits of secondary vocational education but few on non-economic benefits must lead to the deviation of estimation of benefits of secondary vocational education. Using the survey on six secondary vocational schools and six senior high schools， the study finds that graduate of secondary vocational schools can gain more non-monetary benefits than that of senior high schools.
