中文摘要 | 全球化脈絡下所指涉的議題涵蓋了政治、經濟、科技、金融、文化、媒體、軍事、生態環境、人口流動、社會認同等,而全球問題的連結超越了舊有民族國家、資本主義與國際分工架構的邊界,因此形成了諸多前所未有的挑戰。不但改變整體社會文化的風貌,也直接衝擊個體生活的可能性、權利和責任。在相應的關照下,教育系統對於培養全球公民知能或素養的倡議可視為因應的方針。基此,本文主要係從當前聯合國和國際教科文組織對於全球公民及相關教育的倡議談起,接著針對全球公民素養之構成與內涵進行解析並闡釋近來實徵研究在全球公民素養議題的走向和發現。期望透過國際趨勢、學習架構與實徵研究進展之探討,增益教育政策與實務規劃,對全球公民素養有更完整的認識。 |
英文摘要 | The transformation of global contexts in the modern era has been exceeded in the political, economic, technology, culture, media, military, environment, migration and social cohesion in a broad size and scope which evokes the global challenges and issues to the traditional political regime, capitalism and international communication. The changes and trends change the social and cultural landscapes as well as impact on the possibility, rights and responsibility towards individuals’ life. According to this movement, the educational system enacts and encounters the advocacy of global citizenship as a fundamental goal and strategy to respond the future direction. This article explores the promotion of global citizenship and its educational plans of United Nations and UNESCO, and then illustrates the focus and discovery the empirical research based on the structures and contents of the global citizenship education. The research findings may provide profound international developments, learning frameworks and research progresses for advancing our understanding and practice of global citizenship education. |
