中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討新加坡校長領導與專業發展相關措施,並進一步以新加坡在2013年教與學國際調查(TALIS)的結果輔以說明。新加坡對於校長領導的培育訓練模式是採取「先選擇後培訓」模式,這種選擇卓越人才做為學校領導的思維是新加坡維持卓越領導的基礎理念。另外,新加坡的學校管理是採取「學校卓越模型」,此模型對學校是一種自我評估和分析的工具,同時也是一種促進學校成為卓越組織的有效方式。特殊的培訓校長領導方式以及卓越的學校管理模式,使新加坡在TALIS調查中的各項校長領導指標與數據皆呈現出優於整體平均的表現。本文最後依據分析的結論,提出應協助校長領導有效發揮專業能力以及提供持續性的校長領導專業發展活動機會等建議。 |
英文摘要 | This article explores principle leadership and professional development measures in Singapore, and illustrates TALIS survey results of Singapore in 2013. Singapore has adopted a “select then train” model for the principles training approach, this approach selecting the excellence as school leaders is the basic idea of Singapore commitment to excellence. In addition, “School excellence model” of Singapore is a tool of self-assessment and analysis for schools, as well as an effective way to promote excellence in schools. The special way of training principles leadership and excellent school management model, making Singapore has better performance than the overall average. At the end of this paper, based on the conclusions, suggestions are made. They are: 1) to assist principles leadership with effective professional development, and 2) to provide principles continuous professional development activities. |
