英文摘要 | The document analysis method was conducted to discuss about the OECD TALIS findings in 2013 related to the French principle’s leadership in junior high school. The main objective was to explore the French principle’s leadership in terms of the following aspects: (1) the principal’s work; (2) school leadership; (3) sharing responsibilities; (4) formal programs for school leaders and continuing professional development for principals; (5) collaborative school culture for decision making and distributed leadership; (6) providing directions to the school and supporting teachers; (7) principals’ job satisfaction; (8) school climate, interactions between teachers and students. Finally, based on the results discussed, five relevant suggestions were provided for making further decisions. |
