法國教與學的變革：TALIS 2013校長領導調查分析

The Innovation of Teaching and Learning in France: An Investigation and Analysis of Principals’ Leadership in TALIS 2013

本研究藉由文獻分析，針對OECD公布TALIS 2013調查結果中法國初中校長關於學校領導之結果進行探討，研究結果分別顯示法國初中校長在工作時間分配上的主要事項、在領導管理上的主要內容、關於參與學校發展規劃之報告、在分擔責任與分散式領導的結果、關於培訓課程與近期專業發展情形、在提供學校發展方向與支持教師方面之結果、法國初中校長工作滿意度，以及學校氣氛與師生關係等。最後並依據結果討論，提出相關的五點建議。

The document analysis method was conducted to discuss about the OECD TALIS findings in 2013 related to the French principle’s leadership in junior high school. The main objective was to explore the French principle’s leadership in terms of the following aspects: (1) the principal’s work; (2) school leadership; (3) sharing responsibilities; (4) formal programs for school leaders and continuing professional development for principals; (5) collaborative school culture for decision making and distributed leadership; (6) providing directions to the school and supporting teachers; (7) principals’ job satisfaction; (8) school climate, interactions between teachers and students. Finally, based on the results discussed, five relevant suggestions were provided for making further decisions.
