中文摘要 | 世界的運行總是因果相隨,向未來開展。因此,當網絡科技快速又劇烈地改變了人與人的相處介面與模式時,世界就難再是「圓」的。當世界成為「平」的時,地表上一座座高教的象牙塔將難再是「高牆」圍繞─且世界級名校率先推牆。高教MOOCs的全球趨勢已銳不可擋。然而,此劃時代的高教「推牆」改革也引來「護牆」的抵禦。本文將藉由分析此對立現象,進一步思考科技與教育有何本質性的「聚置」(Gestell)關係?高教的數位化趨勢又具有何潛在的危險性?臺灣高教該如何在「迎」與「拒」之間,開展出符合新時代學習的優質高教模式? |
英文摘要 | The world spins towards to the future according to the law of causality. When the internet radically reshapes the modes of human relation, the world cannot be “round” any longer, and when the world becomes “flat,” the “high walls” that surround higher education will be destroyed sooner or later. In fact, the prestigious universities have started to “thrust” their walls first. The trend of MOOCs in higher education seems unstoppable. However, the “wall-thrusting” dynamics has caused the “wall-guarding” defense. By analyzing these two different dynamics of education, this paper aims to explore the following questions: What are the problems of technological “Gestell” to higher education? What are the potential dangers of a more digitalized higher education? How can higher education in Taiwan develop its new modes of learning to meet the demands of this new era? |
