中文摘要 | 終身學習是學習社會的發展關鍵。邁入二十一世紀之後,終身學習的發展愈發受到各國際組織及歐美成人教育專業組織的重視及推廣。歐美成人教育專業組織對於終身學習的發展影響及貢獻較為深遠者,當屬歐洲成人教育學會(The European Association for the Education of Adults, EAEA)、英國成人及繼續教育協會(The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, NIACE)以及美國成人及繼續教育學會(The American Association for Adult and Continuing Education, AAACE)。本文經由探究EAEA、NIACE及AAACE等重要組織推動終身學習的發展取向與內涵,可供臺灣推動終身學習之參考,俾利於實現學習型臺灣的願景。 |
英文摘要 | Lifelong learning is the heart of a learning society. Lifelong learning plays a more important role for individuals and societies in the 21st century. The international organizations and Professional Adult Education Organizations in Europe and America have been making a great contribution for the development of lifelong learning. Those main organizations are the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA), National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE), American Association for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE). Lifelong learning is an important element of learning society. It’s also a key to building of the learning Taiwan. This study aims to explore the development approaches and contents of lifelong learning among EAEA, NIACE and AAACE. It will further to discuss the development trends of lifelong learning in the global context. |
