禮記學記篇對教師專業能力之啟示

The Inspiration to the Professionalism of Teachers in The Book of Rites: Xue Ji

在中國古代談到教師專業能力方面的寶貴文獻，最具代表性的就是《禮記學記篇》。《禮記學記篇》是世界上第一部教育學專著，古今中外皆給予高度的學術評價，集中國教育思想精華之大成。舉凡教育制度、班級經營、師生關係、教育目標、教學原理、學習方法及教學策略等層面，皆有完整性而精要的闡述。對於從事教師專業能力相關議題之研究，是相當值得參考的教育學術篇章。
本研究旨在探討《禮記學記篇》，對教師專業能力的啟示。有關禮記學記篇的解釋，以鄭玄《禮記注》與孔穎達《禮記正義》，作為主要參考的註解善本。本文首先提出「《禮記學記篇》簡介」；次則說明「學記篇專業知能、教學策略，對教師專業的啟示」；再則提出「學記篇專業成長、專業倫理，對教師專業的啟示」；最後提出「結論」，以提供學校教師與教育行政人員之參考。

In ancient China, The Book of Rites: Xue Ji (Record on the Subject of Education) served as the most typical and valuable reference repository in discussion of teachers’ professionalism. The Book of Rites: Xue Ji, as the world’s first book specializing in education and centering on Chinese educational core concepts, has earned high appraisal in academia at all times and in all places. With its inclusion of comprehensive and in-depth elaborations of education systems, class management, teacher-pupil relationships, educational goals, pedagogical theories, learning methods and pedagogical strategies, The Book of Rites: Xue Ji has now become an oftreferred or quoted professional reference book in the field of teachers’ professionalism studies
This study aims to explore the inspiration to the professionalism of teachers in The Book of Rites: Xue Ji. The elucidation of The Book of Rites: Xue Ji in this study is based on the content in both “Annotation of The Book of Rite” by Zheng Shyuan and “Meaning rectification of The Book of Rites” by Koong Yiing Da as the main sources of reference. This study begins with a brief “Introduction of «The Book of Rites»” and is followed respectively by “The Inspiration in Xue Ji to Teachers’ Professional Competences and Teaching Strategies”, “The Inspiration in Xue Ji to Teachers’ Professional Growth and Professional Ethnics” and “Conclusion” for the reference of teachers and faculties in schools.
