中文摘要 | 本研究探討臺灣推動大學創業教育對大學生創業家職業地位認知之影響力,自教育部2013至2016學年度補助「大學校院創新創業扎根計畫」創新創業中心之示範學校中選擇四所屬性、推動方向及投入資源相近之大學的800位學生進行抽樣調查,回收有效問卷511份,據此分析創業教育參與、創業家職業地位認知與創業態度等變數之間的關聯性。研究結果發現,創業教育參與正向影響大學生之創業家職業地位認知,創業家職業地位認知亦正向影響大學生之創業態度。簡言之,創業教育政策之目的期望藉由加強大學生創業教育參與程度以提升創業態度,而「創家業職業地位認知」具有顯著的中介效果。建議未來推動創業教育政策,應強化創業家職業地位認知之提升,以型塑創業家之社會地位,繼而激勵學生實踐創業行為。 |
英文摘要 | This study explored the influence of college students’ recognition of entrepreneur’s occupational status on university entrepreneurship education. According to the listing of Ministry of Education’s Innovational Entrepreneurship Plan in academic years 2013- 2016, the research sampled 800 students in four universities with similar attributes, enforcement direction, and resources allocation. Based on 511 valid questionnaires collected, this research analyzed the relevance among the variables of entrepreneurship education participation (eep), recognition of entrepreneur’s occupational status (reos), and entrepreneurial attitude (ea). This research found that the reos of college students was positively influenced by the degree of eep, and that reos also positively affected the ea of college students. In brief, the reos has a significant intermediary effect on the purpose of educational policy of entrepreneurship education. This study suggested that reos should be promoted in the future so as to create the social status of entrepreneurs and then encourage students to fulfill entrepreneurial behavior. |
