中文摘要 | 大一為學生從高中到大學的學習過渡階段,如何協助新生度過學習轉換期,學校若能規劃相關的大學階段適應或學習方案,必能使學生有所獲益。本研究旨在探討大一學生入學時至大一暑假前,從未來時間觀之學習歷程分析哪些因素會影響新生的學習投入。研究樣本以個案大學新生634位為對象,進行描述統計、成對樣本t檢定、結構方程模式分析。研究結果:一、影響新生學習投入的徑路為:未來時間觀透過學習動機、教育期望與心理資本而影響新生學習投入的情況。二、新生在邁入大二前,在「心理資本」與「學習投入」的平均得分高於大一入學時的表現;但在「未來時間觀」、「學習動機」及「教育期望」的平均得分低於大一入學時的表現。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供校務研究工作及未來研究參考。 |
英文摘要 | Learning in the college or university is a crucial experience that contributes to individual professional development in the future time orientation. During the first year of their college education, how freshmen perceive programs and atmosphere offered by the surroundings as well as how they estimate themselves will influence their learning engagement. The purpose of this study was to explore the model learning of future time orientation: exploring what factors influence freshmen learning engagement. Data were gathered from 634 undergraduates who took part in the surveys when they were freshmen. Descriptive statistics, paired-samples T test, and structural equal model were conducted. The main results showed that: 1. Learning engagement of freshmen varied significantly across their psychological capital, learning expectations, learning motivation, and future time perspective. 2. Subjects were found to hold higher psychological capital and learning engagement when they were sophomores than when they were freshmen; on the other hand, they were found to hold lower future time orientation and learning motivation when they were sophomores than when they were freshmen. Finally, discussions and suggestions for institutional research and future study were proposed. |
