中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討技術型高中專業教師角色壓力、情緒勞務及工作倦怠之關係。為達研究之目的,本研究透過34所技術型高中學校、485名專業教師的問卷調查,並使用描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析、階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析及本研究假設之驗證。研究結果顯示,技術型高中教師的角色壓力及情緒勞務正向影響工作倦怠。此外,技術型高中教師的情緒勞務愈高,會顯著強化角色壓力對工作倦怠的影響,說明情緒勞務在角色壓力與工作倦怠之關係間具調節效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the relationships among role stress, emotional labor and job burnout for skill-based senior high school professional teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 485 valid questionnaires were collected from the professional teachers in 34 different skill-based senior high schools. Data was examined by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis to verify the hypothesis of this study. The findings suggested that skill-based senior high school professional teachers’ role stress and emotional labor influence job burnout positively. Furthermore, role stress can significantly influence job burnout through the moderating effect of emotional labor. |
