| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討視覺藝術從業人員之生涯阻礙、生涯自我效能與生涯調適力之相關與預測關係。研究採用網路問卷調查法,回收有效問卷共 283 份。研究工具包括「生涯阻礙量表」、「生涯自我效能量表」及「生涯調適力量表」,並以皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,整體生涯阻礙與生涯自我效能、生涯調適力呈顯著負相關,整體生涯自我效能與生涯調適力則呈顯著正相關。在預測方面,除生涯阻礙之「性別上的差別待遇」與「不被鼓勵選擇非傳統職業」構面和生涯自我效能之「難度知覺」構面外,其餘構面皆對生涯調適力整體與部分構面具顯著預測力。最後,根據研究結果提出實務與後續研究建議,以供視覺藝術工作者與相關教育單位參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aimed to examine the relationships and predictive effects among career barriers, career self-efficacy, and career adaptability in visual arts professionals. A total of 283 valid responses were collected through an online questionnaire survey. The instruments used included the Career Barriers Scale, Career Self-Efficacy Scale, and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis. Results showed that overall career barriers were significantly negatively correlated with both career self-efficacy and career adaptability, while career self-efficacy was significantly positively correlated with career adaptability. In terms of prediction, all dimensions except for "gender discrimination" and "lack of encouragement to pursue non-traditional careers" under career barriers, as well as "perceived difficulty" under career self-efficacy, significantly predicted overall or specific dimensions of career adaptability. Based on these findings, practical implications and suggestions for future research are proposed for visual arts professionals and related educational institutions. |
