中文摘要 | 本研究旨在一所公立國民中學為背景場域,透過深入探討個案學校推動教師公開授課的價值、歷程、困境與策略。本研究透過半結構式訪談及文件分析等進行研究。研究結論如下:一、 推動公開授課面臨家長、學生、教師與政策的交互影響脈絡情境。二、 推動公開授課歷經由陌生疏離到萌生意願;從初探到深耕之發展歷程。三、 推動公開授課面臨焦點模糊、拒絕分享、時間緊迫與思維固著等困境。四、 透過建立明確規範、凝聚共享意識、彈性安排時間及建立成長思維等策略因應。最後,根據研究結論,分別對個案學校、其他實施公開授課學校及後續研究提出建議。

英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the educational value, process and operational model, challenges and strategies of implementing public lessons in a public junior high school . Using a case study approach, this research collects data through semi-structured interviews and document analysis from the case school and relevant personnel. The collected data is organized and analyzed to derive the research findings. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The case school faces a context where the promotion of lesson study is influenced by the interactions among parents, students, teachers, and policy.2. The case school’s journey in promoting lesson study has evolved from initial unfamiliarity and reluctance to a growing willingness and commitment, transitioning from preliminary exploration to in-depth implementation. 3. The case school encounters challenges in promoting lesson study, such as unclear focus, reluctance to share, time constraints, and entrenched thinking. 4. The case school addresses these challenges through strategies such as establishing clear guidelines, fostering a sense of shared purpose, flexibly scheduling time, and cultivating a growth mindset. Finally, based on the research conclusions, recommendations are provided for the case school, other schools implementing lesson study, and future research.
