中文摘要 | 過往文獻與研究顯示,中小學校長作為學校領導者,宜結合創業家精神與創業型領導特質,以創新與資源整合等方式推動教育改革方案。因此,本研究以系統性分析探討創業家精神在全球的研究,透過PRISMA架構,自Web of Science(WoS)和Scopus資料庫總計篩選出2,901篇不重複之文獻進行知識圖譜分析,彙整近年來有關本主題核心主題,聚焦創業教育、創業意圖、人力資本及教育政策等。綜整教育創業家知識圖譜內容與校務經營文獻後,本研究提出中小學校長校務經營策略,包括運用數據驅動提升行政與教學效能、推動創新教學與體驗式學習、建立多元資源合作網絡、促進教師專業發展與團隊合作,以及塑造以創新為核心的校園文化等,為校長應對教育市場化及政策變革提供文獻佐證與實務支持。 |
英文摘要 | According to previous literature and studies, school principals in primary and secondary schools, as educational leaders, need to integrate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership traits to drive educational reform initiatives through innovation and resource integration in a dynamic environment. Therefore, this study systematically examines global research on entrepreneurial spirit using the PRISMA framework. 2,901 non-duplicate articles were identified from Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus and analyzed through bibliometric mapping. The study synthesizes recent core themes, focusing on entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial intention, human capital, and educational policy. By consolidating the knowledge map of academic entrepreneurship and literature on school management, this research proposes strategic recommendations for school principals in managing schools. These include utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance administrative and teaching efficiency, promoting innovative teaching and experiential learning, establishing diverse resource collaboration networks, fostering teacher development and teamwork, and cultivating a campus culture centered on innovation. This study provides theoretical and practical support for school principals in addressing challenges arising from educational marketization and policy reforms. |
