中文摘要 | 臺灣社會兼容並蓄,多元族群紛呈共存,也產生多樣性的學生族群。本研究係在探討多元文化學校校長的翻轉領導,以質性研究取徑方式,針對都會區原住民重點學校校長的領導作為,透過訪談、觀察與校務資料分析,嘗試了解身處於都會區,在族群林立的校園中,如何帶領學校翻轉與變革。研究結果發現,標的學校校長透過正向思考自我支持、用愛帶動師生成長、延續公平希望教育、永續傳承優質傳統等前瞻策略,戮力奠基學生終身學習,帶領學校永續經營。校長發揮領導綜效,以願景領導—打造多元共榮共好新校園、以課程領導—深化校本課程奠基多元學習、以文化回應領導—視域融合回應多元文化、以社會正義領導—建立多元平等給予積極差別待遇、以多元型模領導—審時度勢並兼顧政、親、師、生,再以趨勢領導—引入國際教育與雙語學習,接軌未來,將領導方針著眼於肯認差異並增進文化理解,進而提升學生學力與奠基未來競爭力。 |
英文摘要 | Taiwan’s society is inclusive, with diverse ethnic groups coexisting and a diverse student community. This study department explores the flipped leadership of principals in multicultural schools, and uses a qualitative research approach to the leadership of principals of key aboriginal schools in metropolitan areas, through interviews, observations, and analysis of school affairs data, to try to understand how to lead schools to flip and change in urban areas and in schools with many ethnic groups. The results of the study found that the principals of the target schools made great efforts to lay the foundation for students’ lifelong learning and lead the sustainable operation of the schools through forward-looking strategies such as positive thinking and self-support, driving the growth of teachers and students with love, continuing fair hope education, and continuing to inherit high-quality traditions. The principal gives full play to the comprehensive effect of leadership and leads with vision - to create a new campus of diversity, common prosperity and common good; Curriculum Leadership - Deepening the School-based Curriculum to Lay the Foundation for Diversified Learning; Responding to multiculturalism with cultural leadership-vision integration; Leadership with Social Justice– Building Diversity and Equality and Giving Positive Differential Treatment; Adopt a pluralistic model to lead– judge the situation and take into account politics, relatives, teachers and students; Then lead by trend– introduce international education and bilingual learning to connect with the future. A leadership approach that focuses on recognizing differences and enhancing cultural understanding will enhance students’ academic ability and foundation them for future competitiveness. |
