中文摘要 | 學校領導是教育行政的重要研究領域,新興領導理論可以引領教育邁向更好的未來,今日的領導者將造就明日的世界。從中間產生的領導力量,有助於提升教育創新能動性,凝聚未來的共同願景,是教育改革不可或缺的關鍵驅力。在學校場域中,存在不同層級的領導結構,中層領導對於提升教師能動性扮演著重要角色,值得進行實證探究。本研究選擇臺灣地區五位國民小學校長及19位中層領導者,採取深度訪談進行資料蒐集,以探究學校中層領導的滋長環境、中層領導者的使命與修練,以及中層領導可以發揮的作為與實踐,並對於學校如何落實中層領導以及政策層面、未來研究提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | School leadership is an important research area of educational administration. Novel leadership theory leads education toward to better future, today leaders create tomorrow world. “Leadership from the middle” is an indispensable driver for educational reform, as it helps to enhance the creative energies of education and unite a common vision for the future. In the school setting, there are different levels of leadership structures, and middle leadership play an important role in enhancing teacher motivation, which is worth exploring empirically. This study selected 5 national elementary school principals and 19 middle leaders in Taiwan and conducted in-depth interviews to collect data. The aims of the study are to explore the environment that suitable for the development of middle leadership, the mission and disciplines of middle leadership, and the behaviors and practices of middle leadership. Finally, the study offered the suggestions for the implementation of middle leadership, policy enactment, and further study. |
