中文摘要 | 教育創新是全球共同關注的議題,無論國際組織或世界各國均持續推動教育變革,期能培育可妥善因應未來發展之人才。值此變革之際,卡達基金會(Qatar Foundation)發起世界教育創新峰會(World Innovation Summit for Education, WISE),致力於推動全球教育創新,記錄教育創新的動人故事,留下寶貴的經驗與實踐智慧。WISE作為一個跨領域的全球教育創新平台,其所遴選的教育創新方案已成為教育變革的成功典範。本文探討WISE教育創新方案的特徵,勾勒教育創新樣貌與趨勢,期能對臺灣的教育創新實踐有所啟示。透過案例的解讀與分析,可以發現WISE教育創新方案具有下列特徵:關注弱勢群體的教育機會、培養基本能力與核心素養、增進職業技能與生涯發展、進行教學創新與翻轉學習、有效運用科技促進學習、重視社會情緒學習,以及實踐永續發展議題。據此,本文試圖提出一個整合的教育創新行動架構,以作為臺灣教育變革與發展之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Education innovation has become a global issue, with international organizations and nations actively implementing reforms to cultivate future talent. In response to this evolving landscape, the Qatar Foundation launched the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), a platform dedicated to advancing educational innovation. WISE captures and preserves transformative educational stories, offering a wealth of valuable experiences and practical wisdom. The programs selected by WISE have become exemplary models of successful educational reform, worthy of further exploration. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of WISE education innovation programs, identify key trends in educational innovation, and provide implications for Taiwan’s educational practices. Through case studies and analysis, the study identifies several features of WISE programs: expanding educational opportunities for disadvantaged groups, fostering basic abilities and core competencies, enhancing vocational skills and career development, promoting pedagogical innovation and flipped learning, leveraging technology to enhance learning, emphasizing social-emotional learning, and addressing sustainable development issues. Finally, the study proposes an integrated action framework for educational innovation, which can serve as a reference for educational change and development in Taiwan. |
