中文摘要 | 「令和的日本型學校教育」是日本中央教育審議會於2021年提出的教育革新方案名稱。中教審因應新紀元「令和」的到來,審酌社會快速變化下教育發展的需求,提出了「個別最適化學習」與「協作學習」兩項方法以補充當前課程綱要在教學改進上的論述,並解決從幼稚園到高中的學校教育課題。革新方案亦強調運用資通訊科技(Information and Communications Technology, ICT),並引進GIGA school和教育數位轉型(Digital Transformation, DX)做法來改進教師教學。然而,使用「令和」和「日本」兩大關鍵字的此方案雖彰顯了政府推動的決心,但也帶有危險性。若革新未盡成功,亦會損及「令和」(時代)或「日本」(國度)的品牌價值。在臺灣刻正規劃十二年國教2.0之際,本文透過對此方案的闡述,期能提供我們從評價到省思,以打造軔性、能因應多變時代的國民基本教育。 |
英文摘要 | The “Japanese-style school education in the Reiwaera” is the name of educational innovation plan proposed by Central Council for Education of Japan in 2021. In response to the arrival of the new era of “Reiwa” and the needs of educational development under the rapid changes in society, the Central Council for Education of Japan proposed two methods of “individual optimal learning” and “collaborative learning” to supplement the current curriculum guidelines in teaching improvement, and to solve school education issues from kindergarten to high school as well. This innovation plan also emphasizes the use of ICT, and introduces the “giga school” and “educational DX” practices to realize the two concepts. This plan, however, using the two keywords “Reiwa” and “Japan” do demonstrates the government’s determination to promote it, it is also risky. The brand value of “Reiwa” (era) and “Japan” (state) will damage if the innovation is not successful. As Taiwan is planning the 12-year national basic education 2.0 currently, this article, by elaborating on this plan, hopes to provide us with an evaluation and reflection to create a resilient national basic education that can adapt to the ever-changing era. |
