向新總統的教育建言：開創「公義優質永續」新教育

Advice to the New President on Education: Creating a New Education of Justice, Quality, and Sustainability

教育是百年大業，同時也是國家發展的基石，必須不斷地改革創新，以適應時代的變遷，並培育出符合時代需求的人才。隨著新總統和新政府的誕生，教育政策也將相應調整。因此，本文首先分析目前教育發展所面臨的挑戰，包括學生來源逐漸減少等七大挑戰；接著檢視2024年總統候選人的教育政策；最後提出發展教育的十大策略，邁向「公義、優質、永續」的新教育，其中包括擴大投資幼教、做好國教向下延伸的準備等，以供未來教育規劃和執行參考。

Education is a century-long undertaking and the foundation of national development. It must undergo constant reform and innovation to adapt to the changing times and cultivate talents that align with the needs of the era. With the inauguration of a new president and government, education policies will be adjusted accordingly. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the challenges facing educational development, encompassing seven major challenges such as the gradual decrease in student enrollment. Next, it examines the education policies of the 2024 presidential candidates. Finally, it proposes ten strategies for the development of education, aiming towards a new era of education characterized by “justice, quality, and sustainability”. These strategies include expanding investment in early childhood education and preparing for the downward extension of national education, serving as a reference for future education planning and implementation.
