英文摘要 | The role and function of principals are related to the improvement of the quality of education. In particular, principals are at the highest level in the schools, their leadership behavior, style and interaction with teachers, students and parents deeply affect the mentality and morale of organizational members. It will be great help to the improvement of the overall quality of education by sharing and inheriting other people’s experience, by expanding the scope of common good and kindness and by exerting the effect of model learning. This article is mainly to share the experience of an outstanding elementary principal who won the Taichung Principal Leadership Excellence Award twice and was awarded the National Teacher Award in 2020 by the President. The authors hope that it can be used as a reference for other principals and those who care about educational development. This article was divided into two parts. First, the purpose, qualifications and selection criteria of Taichung Principal Leadership Excellence Award were briefly described. Second, the leadership experiences of principal Zhao were shared. |
