中文摘要 | 人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence, AI)蓬勃發展的時代,對於高等教育既是危機,也是轉機。危機包含生成式人工智慧(Generative AI)造成的誤用與濫用、對育才前景的擔憂、數位落差所造成的不公平結果等;但同時AI亦可能作為一項利器,成為高等教育引領時代潮流的轉機。透過積極擬定策略、主動引領AI發展趨勢之節奏基調、加速促成高等教育轉型等,高等教育將能與AI共舞出教育的新面貌。在此過程中,優先強調以「人」為主體的人性化教育實踐,更須重視教育公平議題,包含起點的公平、過程的公平,以及結果的公平。最終,AI被期待將能實踐解放壓迫的高等教育「動態教—學」新型態,促使高等教育成為個體得以終身自由創造、永續發展的場域。 |
英文摘要 | The era of vigorous development of artificial intelligence (AI) is both a crisis and a turning point for higher education. The challenges include the potential misuse and overuse of generative AI, concerns about the future prospects for talent development, and the inequitable outcome caused by digital divide. At the same time, artificial intelligence may also serve as a sharp weapon and become a turning point for higher education to lead the trend of the times. By actively formulating strategic approaches, proactively leading the rhythm and tone of the developing trend of AI, and accelerating the transformation of higher education, higher education will be able to work with AI to create a new educational landscape. In this process, humanized education with human as main subjects is prioritized. Furthermore, the crucial issue of educational equity includes the equity at the beginning, during the process, and as the outcome. Ultimately, AI is expected to be able to practice a new form of “dynamic teaching-learning” in higher education that liberates oppression, and promotes higher education to become a field for individuals to freely create and develop themselves in life time. |
