學校行政困難問題的美學轉化：和諧美的視角

The Aesthetic Conversion of School Administration Difficulties: From the Perspective of Harmonious Beauty

本文視學校行政遇到困難問題為一種轉機，提出應用和諧美將之進行美學轉化的觀點。其中，「和諧美」具有協調一致、對立調和、雜多而統一和引人愉悅的意涵，學校行政困難問題則包括行政工作繁重、人員立場和意見不同、行政人員專業不足、福利誘因薄弱等，其主要發生原因係未能達成協調一致和對立調和。就學校整體發展而言，學校行政人員宜了解和應用和諧美的精髓，創造校園和諧發展的氛圍。針對歸納所得的學校行政困難問題，本文並提出一些應用和諧美內涵將之進行美學轉化的作為，包括設法減輕工作負擔、調和歧見、賦權增能、提升成就感、增加誘因，激勵人心等，供作參考。

The authors see encountered school administration difficulties as opportunities, and advocate applying the concepts of harmonious beauty for aesthetic conversion. The concepts of harmonious beauty, including coordinating concord, opposition reconciling, diversity unity, and arousing pleasure, were explored. And they were used to analyze the school administration difficulties summarized from literature, including heavy administrative works, school members with different positions and opinions, professional incapability, low incentives, etc.. The authors find that the key problem of the school difficulties resulted from the lack of harmonious beauty, and propose to develop a harmonious school climate. The actions for conversing the school administration difficulties into harmonious beauty, such as reducing work load, reconciling conflicts, empowerment and enhancing achievement, promoting rewards and motivating, are suggested for school administrators.
