中文摘要 | 本研究探討澳門護生接受精神健康急救課程介入後,對提升心理健康素養及精神健康急救知識的成效。研究採用兩組前後測類實驗設計,研究工具採用「心理健康素養量表」及「精神健康急救知識測驗」,研究對象選取澳門兩所學院護理本科護生,按年級分層取樣。實驗組接受精神健康急救課程共有109名護生,對照組則有110名。結果顯示,護生心理健康素養與精神健康急救知識兩者屬中上程度。精神健康急救課程介入後,實驗組的心理健康素養及精神健康急救知識皆顯著優於對照組。因此,建議護理本科教育應將精神健康急救課程安排為短期課程修讀,以提升護生的心理健康素養及精神健康急救知識。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to explore the mental health literacy level and the current mental health first aid knowledge of undergraduate nursing students in Macao, as well as the effectiveness of the “Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training program”. The quantitative research tools adopted were the “mental health literacy scale” and the “mental health first aid knowledge scale”. Participants of the study included undergraduate nursing students from the two local nursing schools. They were sampled by stratified sampling and by grade. The experimental group composed of 109 members while the control group consisted of 110 members. The quantitative component employed a “pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental design” in which both the experimental group and the control group were assigned to complete a pre-test survey. The “MHFA training program” was only provided to members of the experimental group. From the research result, it is discovered that the mental health literacy level and mental health first aid knowledge of the local nursing students are “above average”. The experimental group got a significantly higher score than the control group in both scales upon completion of the “MHFA training program”. Therefore, it is suggested that the “MHFA training program” should be provided to undergraduate nursing students as a short-term supplementary course in order to enhance the mental health literacy level and mental health first aid knowledge of the nursing students in Macao. |
