Towards Education 2030: The Feasible Strategies for Mobilizing Educational Change and Innovation via Deep Learning
面對現今變遷快速的世界與社會，學校系統與教育必須轉型，而為了促進教育轉型與改變，深度學習法全球夥伴聯盟（New Pedagogies for Deep Learning, NPDL）發展出深度學習的理念與架構，強調以培養學生六大全球素養（6Cs）為核心，期能透過讓世界投入參與來改變世界，展現更好的學校教育成果與學習成效。本文先說明深度學習的意義與內涵，再進一步介紹深度學習的架構，作為推展深度學習的理論指引，進而提出以深度學習引領教育革新的可行策略，包括：一、以學生為中心，重新聚焦學校教育與學習的重點；二、善用領導，創造全系統變革連貫性與成功；三、引進有效教學實務，提升學生學習的意義與價值；四、培養教育人員深度學習技能，持續促進其專業發展；五、強化深度學習投資公平性，成就每一位學生；六、整合並促發變革動力，擴散深度學習並促進永續發展。
We live in a diverse and rapidly changing world. The need for transformation and educational changes in our educational system and school has been increasingly grow. The role that deep learning (DL) might play in transforming school education is rapidly growing. Deep learning is the process of acquiring six global competencies (6Cs) which are essential for students to know, be able to do and be like as global citizens. The NPDL has designed and developed a comprehensive framework for deep learning that can provides structures and processes to implement DL and guide action to produce the intended outcome. In this paper, the development of DL, the definition and content of DL was analyzed, and a framework for DL was introduced. Further, Six feasible strategies for school leaders using DL to lead educational change and innovation were evolved: 1. Refocusing school education and leaning cores based on student-centered approach; 2. Leadership for making deep leaning coherent and whole system change success; 3. Designing effective pedagogical practices to make student learning meaningful and valuable; 4. Empowering educators with deep learning knowledge and skills and supporting for educators professional development; 5. Making equitable investment for deep learning to make every student success and well-being; 6. Integrating the new change dynamic and diffusing DL to achieve to sustainability.
