基於習慣領域和美塔學的跨領域創新傳播行動研究

An Action Research on Interdisciplinary Innovation and Communication of Habitual Domains and Metalogy

跨領域科際研究已逐漸成為未來各學門研究的新趨勢，混合研究設計與方法論也被視為是二十一世紀研究方法的明日之星，而習慣領域和美塔學雙理論亦從管理學門和心理學門的研究理論逐漸轉型到跨領域研究，近年來其相關跨領域研究成果發展非常可觀。因此，本研究的目的在探討應用習慣領域和美塔學雙理論於跨領域的創新傳播方式，深入探討如何應用習慣領域三大工具箱及美塔學三面九項內涵於臺灣寶珠計畫，以為臺灣生態保育工作的創新傳播做出良善美好貢獻，進而引發正向的蝴蝶效應。行動研究期間為2020年9月至2021年2月底，共六個月，以兩個月為一行動研究循環，每個研究循環的螺旋歷程均有計畫、行動、觀察與省思四個階段，並以質性研究分析軟體Nvivo 12版進行訪談與報導文件資料的歸納與分析。本研究的結論與建議是：應用習慣領域和美塔學雙理論於跨領域研究所提出的跨域創新傳播和異業結盟雙模式，有助於計畫實踐與產出良善成果，而習慣領域三大工具箱和美塔學三面九項內涵更有利於建構後續具體且可執行之行動方案。

Interdisciplinary research has gradually become a new trend in future research in various disciplines. Mixed research design and mixed methodology have also been the rising star of research methods in the twentieth century. Habitual domains and Metalogy has gradually changed from management and educational research. When they come to interdisciplinary research, related interdisciplinary research results are very well in the ascendant. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to the interdisciplinary research and application of the innovative communication methods both of habitual domains and Metalogy, and to use the Taiwan Jewel Project to explain in three toolboxes of habitual domains and theoretically contents of Metalogy. This plan, the innovative communication of ecological conservation work brings good and beautiful contributions, and triggers a good and positive butterfly effect. The action research period is six months from September 2020 to the end of February 2021 including three cycles of action research. The spiral process of each research cycle has four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. The qualitative research and analysis software (Nvivo 12) is used to summarize and analyze interviews and related documents. The conclusion of this research is that the interdisciplinary communication and cross-industry alliance model proposed by the three toolboxes of habitual domains and major theoretically contents of Metalogy in this interdisciplinary research action, is helpful for the development of action research results, and more conducive to the construction of action plan.
