As a multi-ethnic, multicultural country, Ireland has faced race and religion conflicts as well as multi-culture impacts. The intercultural education in Ireland has a long history, experiencing early development, evolution and deepening development stage, and still receiving much attention today. Intercultural education in primary schools of Ireland integrates intercultural contents into the curriculum, designs an inclusive and intercultural school program, and implements the intercultural education idea in classroom preparation.
