当代法国外语教育政策的发展特征与趋势探析

On the Developmental Characteristics and Tendency of Modern Foreign Languages Education Policy in France

随着全球化的发展，法国政府逐渐重视外语教育。法国的外语教育政策经历了保守封闭期、被动转型期和主动捍卫期，从不重视外语教育到逐步开设现代外语，再到提倡多语制的发展过程，走过了一条不同于其它国家的发展历程。研究法国外语教育政策的发展特点，有利于中国外语教育政策的制定。

With the development of globalization, foreign languages education is given more and more attention by the French government. Foreign languages education policy in France has experienced the process of development from conservative period, passive transformation period to active defense period, showing a unique development from not attaching importance to foreign languages education to starting modern languages education and advocating multilingualism. The study of French modern foreign languages policy characteristics may provide some insightful ideas and inspire the formation of Chinese foreign education policy in some aspects.
