英文摘要 | Distributed leadership is a promising and important theory. Distributed leadership is defined as school is the responsibility of all its members, rather than reserved by the principal. According to the distributed leadership theory, leadership should be shared by all school members. There should be a clear vision accepted by school members. Besides, investment in leadership capability of staff members, innovation in organizational structure, clarity of accountability, and a culture of trust and collaboration should accompany the implementation of distributed leadership. |
