The development of the key middle schools is very complex. The value of the key middle schools is not only questioned, but also defended. The arguments about the key middle schools which should exist or not are insignificant, while the existence of the key middle schools is an object phenomenon. The sticking point of the key middle schools reform is beyond the debate, so that the “key middle school” can become a truly high quality campus schools.
