中文摘要 | 大学生就业能力是反映高等教育人才培养与劳动力市场需求契合度的重要指标之一,也是高等教育人才培养质量的一个重要维度。本文以就业能力培养的USEM模型为基础,通过国家大学生学习情况问卷设计与调查,从实证的视角深入剖析大学生就业能力现状和就业理念。调查表明,我国高校亟须改善大学生就业理念感知的内外部环境,以优化就业能力各要素的培养绩效为切入点,把就业能力提升的内容融入人才培养模式之中,实现大学生就业能力和高等教育人才培养质量的提升。 |
英文摘要 | The employability of undergraduates is a critical indicator for the integration of higher education personnel training and market demands, which also reflects higher education personnel training quality. Based on the USEM model of employability training which is a foundation for the empirical research on employability of undergraduates, this paper examined internal characteristics of undergraduates' employability and concerns regarding employment by analyzing the national project for undergraduates learning questionnaire design and survey (NCSS). According to the NCSS, internal and external environments of undergraduates' employability perception should be improved in Chinese higher education institutions. Correspondingly, the enhancement of employability could be integrated into personnel training patterns, in order to achieve self-improvement of employability and enhance the higher education personnel training quality. |
