中文摘要 | 十二年國教乃是本國國教的典範轉移和制度轉移,政府希望捨棄傳統的明星高中或以分數來決定入學的機制,跳脫已往考試領導教學、填鴨式和背誦式的教育方式。我們也深切期盼跨出這一步,是教育改革的一大步,因為其所影響的層面可以往下至國中、國小的教育,往上發展會影響到未來大學、科技院校、研究所的人才培育。本文提出十二年國教的因應策略,包括:教育永續發展以提升國家競爭力、高中職需要適應和轉型、國中需要適應和轉型、老師需要適應和轉型、家長需要適應和轉型、學生需要適應和轉型。期望在每個階段相關人員的調適和轉變之下,給孩子有希望的教育,讓國家有黃金的未來。 |
英文摘要 | The twelve-year public education program is our country's goal for education. It is a milestone program for our country's educational model transfer and the teaching system transformation. The government hopes that we can find out a way to replace either the traditional entrance exam or the highest score which allows students to enter the famous star high school. We have found that the current teaching system which focuses mainly on the tests has a negative influence on teaching. So, we believe that the twelve-year public education program will provide a golden opportunity for Taiwan's education. It will affect not only the education downward to elementary and junior high school but also upward to the future university development. This article proposes the strategies to the twelve-year public education program that includes an educational administration unit. This article also indicates that in order to meet the goal, all the teachers, students, even parents need to be adapted and reformed conceptually and mentally. Under the twelve-year public education program, we expect it can give a better education for our children and wish that our country will have a golden future. |
