文理并重 全人发展——论马相伯的高等教育理念

All-round Development and Integration of Sciences and Humanities: Ma Xiangbo's Thoughts on Higher Education

作为中国近代高等教育改革的先驱，马相伯将中西两种文化、科学与人文教育等理念充分交汇融合在一起，并以此为基础创办了著名的震旦大学（1903年）、复旦大学（1905年）、辅仁大学（1923年）。马相伯文理并重、全人发展的教育理念不仅对近代中国的高等教育和社会发展产生了深远的影响，对今天的中国高等教育依然具有启迪意义。

Ma Xiangbo, a pioneer of educational reform during the Republican period, greatly influenced modern Chinese higher education. As a founder of three prominent Chinese universities, i.e. Aurora, Fudan and Furen, Ma initiated the thought of valuing science and humanities equally for an all-round education and this provided a model of university education. Ma's thoughts on education feature a perfect amalgamation of western humanism, sciences and classical Confucian humanism and are still of referential value for contemporary Chinese higher education and society.
