论学校大型学生活动的教育价值及其实现——以“新基础教育”学生工作研究中的学生运动会为例

On the Educational Value of Large-Scaled Student Activities: A Case Study of School Sports Change in “New Basic Education” Research

本文以“新基础教育”学生发展与学生工作研究中诸多实验学校的运动会变革为例，透析学校大型学生活动的教育价值及其实现途径。文章认为，学校大型学生活动的育人价值源自活动的特殊性，活动的策划与组织应回归教育情境，具体活动过程中的动态生成是育人价值得以实现的重要保证，对活动进行多元丰富的评价可以进一步促成育人价值的积淀与提升。

This paper takes sports change of “New Basic Education” experimental schools as an example to study the educational value of large-scaled student activities and how to realize it. The educational value comes from the special nature of large-scaled student activities; the planning and organization should return to the educational situation; the dynamic generation in specific activities is the important guarantee to realize the educational value; diverse and rich evaluation can further contribute to the accumulation and promotion of educational value.
