宜昌國小教師成長團體運用實踐社群策略之個案研究   免費試閱

花蓮縣宜昌國小為慶祝創校一百週年，由教師製播《百動宜昌》廣播節目，為使教師學習廣播節目製播技術，未來並能推動媒體素養教育，因而組成具有行動取向之教師專業成長團體。在長達半年製播廣播節目的過程中，此一具有多元特色的教師專業成長團體的運作、學習與行動的歷程、對教師個人成長的影響，均是本研究欲探討之目的。本研究以Wenger 等人提出之「實踐社群」策略為取向，配合事後回溯、文件分析及焦點團體訪談等方法，針對參與節目製播的教職員為個案研究對象，結果發現透過成長團體的運作，呈現學習型組織的特性；成員透過媒體運作的經驗，認識媒體的正向社會教育功能與媒體人應有的社會責任；此外，教師藉由不斷自我省思，加速教師個人自我成長效能。

In order to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Yi-Chang Elementary School, the participating teachers established a growth group producing the “2004 Swing to Yi-Chang” radio program.By participating growth group activities, teachers in the communities of practice could learn the production of radio broadcasting, recognize the positive sides of the media functions and achieve self-fulfillment. These are the main topics of the research. The research adopted an individual case study method, combined with ex-post facto research, theory references and focused group discussion. Aiming at the target objects “the participating school staff in making the program”, hoped that the team would have a general understanding about the “growth group” and adapt to the individual's growth and self-reflection. The inducted conclusion and suggestions will be provided for future reference for the teachers' growth groups and the radio media.
