论大学本科教育改革

The Reform of Undergraduate Education

我国大学本科教育的水平需进一步提高，解决之路在于深化改革。本文在深入考察和系统思考中国大学本科教育的现状和问题的基础上，探讨并提出了现阶段中国大学特别是研究型大学本科教育的目标，即培养每一位学生成为有良好素养的现代文明人，同时创造一种环境使得杰出人才能够脱颖而出。而实现这一目标的有效途径是通识教育与个性发展相结合。

The way of improving the undergraduate education is to deepen the reform. Based on the discussion of the status quo and problems of the undergraduate education， the article puts up that the major goal of the research university is to train students into the modern person with good professional accomplishments. In addition， university should create the environment which makes the distinguished students stand out. To realize this goal， undergraduate education should integrate general education with the students' personal developments.
